We take organizations through a strategic assessment process that helps clarify future leadership needs, develop potential internal candidates for key leadership positions, and identify gaps that may exist between existing talent and future needs. Developmental assessments help lay the groundwork for ongoing growth and leadership development, and can be conducted at the individual or team level.
Selection assessments are customized to create an efficient process that provides reliable information on how job candidates match the demands of the job and the team, and the needs of the organization.
CULTURE STUDY
An organization's culture can support or undermine its strategy. We help clients assess culture, evaluate the alignment between their culture and their strategy, create blueprints for maintaining key cultural elements while scaling, and evaluating how individual leaders are likely to fit with, adapt to, and/or shape culture.
